Glucoamylase is a food-grade saccharifying glucoamylase that assists yeasts in the conversion of starches. It does this by taking glucose molecules off of longer chains of sugar molecules.
Use Glucoamylase to maximize starches’ conversion to fermentable sugars which will result in a higher potential ABV and reduce the time of fermentation. Glucoamylase is not consumed during this process, so a little can go a long way.
