Unflavoured, clear gelatin powder
Gelatin can be added into the fermenter prior to racking or can be added into the keg prior to serving. Dissolve 30 grams of gelatin per hectolitre of wort into hot, sterile water and add to beer. Allow 24 hours for clarification.
