Used to prevent heavy foam formation during fermentation or boiling. (1 g / gallon)
This is food-grade silicone that is used to reduce excessive foaming during fermentation or through the boil. It will not affect finished flavour, appearance or head retention of your product. Add 30 grams per hectalitre at the beginning of the boil or during transfer to the fermenter.
